A journey of slowing down through fluid movement, breath, sound healing and embodied awareness, we will orient to a creative fluid energy that is both within and without, to awaken the body’s innate wisdom to regulate, balance, and restore body and mind back into our inner softness and stillness.
Through the use of sound, movement and breath, Daphne and Jasz will guide you into a deep listening into our body’s innate intelligence to open to dimensions yet to be explored. This deeply experiential session will extend our boundaries, broaden our perception, and establish new neural networks.

About Jasz
Jasz is the co-founder of The Senses Therapy – a Yoga Studio, Sound Clinic, Spiritual Zone. A sound healing coach, she works with sounds to heal and transform the lives of people, using instruments such as the singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, flutes, chimes, and others.
She has spent years studying vibrational medicine (sound and energy) and has learned about yoga and healing therapies in Singapore, India, France, Australia and other parts of the world. A Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, Jasz specialises in yoga therapy (RYS 300, Yoga Alliance)
Jasz is also a Reiki Master Teacher, a healer, and a meditation teacher who facilitates energy healing workshops as a registered teacher with the Ashati Institute, one of the world’s leading providers and creators of energy healing and ascension programmes.
Over the past 3 years, Jasz has facilitated healings on all levels for hundreds of people facing different life and health challenges.
